Job Summary

As a Radiology Technologist at Providence Health & Services, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate and timely diagnoses, while also maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance radiologic services and patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • 1 year of clinical experience in radiologic technology or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hospital experience.
  • Experience with radiologic equipment and software.
  • Knowledge of radiologic safety protocols and procedures.
