Job SummaryThis exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your experience in AI areas such as supervised and unsupervised ML, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, reinforcement learning, graph-based learning, and more. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to integrate and effectively communicate solutions that drive business outcomes. Additionally, you will participate in developing thought leadership in AI-based solutions accelerating discovery, clinical development, medical affairs & evidence generation.
Responsibilities:- Apply problem-solving, data delivery, functional, and technology expertise to develop AI & data science solutions for problems across the life sciences R&D lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams at ZS to integrate and effectively communicate solutions that drive impact.
- Participate in the development of ZS's thought leadership in AI-based solutions accelerating discovery, clinical development, medical affairs & evidence generation.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in AI-related discipline or pharmaceutical development-related discipline (e.g., bioinformatics, biostatistics) plus 5+ years of relevant post-degree work experience.
- Domain experience applying AI in the context of biomedical research and/or drug development and/or medical affairs and evidence generation.
- Experience developing solutions for AI areas of interest (e.g., supervised and unsupervised ML, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, reinforcement learning, graph-based learning, etc.) in industry and/or academic settings.
- Relevant programming experience (Python preferred).
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High motivation, good work ethic, and maturity.
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
