Compliance, empathy, and high-quality care are fundamental principles for our Cannabis Care Specialists. They are responsible for facilitating patient consultations that are seamless, efficient, and in accordance with state regulations and company policies, all while supporting our Jushi initiatives. Their actions must contribute positively to the overall culture and mission of the company.
You will effectively communicate with all store personnel, various vendors, service providers, marketing teams, inventory management, HR, and the Director of Retail to implement and uphold store objectives, protocols, policies, and procedures in line with company standards, while also conveying broader Jushi goals and standards.

Founded in 2018 and based in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis enterprise that develops and operates premium retail locations, top-tier brands, and state-of-the-art cultivation and processing facilities, along with an innovative online platform that is setting new benchmarks for a sophisticated, data-driven cannabis experience.

Every day, Jushi team members work diligently to cultivate, process, and manufacture a diverse range of cannabis brands, including The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals, and Sche, addressing a wide array of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate exemplary service, commitment, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
- Safeguard all confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Promote a culture of positivity, professionalism, and adherence to policies and state regulations.
- Manage the flow of patients at the point of entry while delivering exceptional care and customer service.
- Conduct both virtual and in-person consultations and follow-ups to ensure patients and caregivers receive accurate and compassionate information.
- Implement company programs for customer service, patient management, state compliance, and safety protocols.
- Assist patients and staff with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, and methods of consumption.
- Inspire and mentor store staff through ongoing training on compliance, product knowledge, and best practices.
- Report any product-related issues or complaints to the appropriate management personnel in real-time.
- Support the onboarding and training of new Cannabis Care Specialists.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and professional guidelines and standards.
- Must possess an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Pennsylvania and be registered with the Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana.
- Willingness to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check.
- Completion of the Pennsylvania Department of Health 4-Hour CME Course is required.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on compliance and regulatory standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating multiple software platforms.

- Willingness to assist with coverage outside of assigned regions as necessary.
