Internship Program

Our Internship Program offers students a chance to gain hands-on experience and develop new skills in various aspects of the business, including operations, marketing, finance, and more. You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and assignments, and receive mentorship and networking opportunities with professionals in the industry.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct research on assigned topics and present findings to the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
  • Shadow and learn from experienced professionals in your field of interest.
  • Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills relevant to your career goals.
  • Take initiative to suggest process improvements and contribute innovative ideas.
Supply Chain Finance

As a Supply Chain Finance intern, you will support the launch of the 2025 NA wide fixed asset review. You will assist in building up the necessary data set, update the instructions on how to the process, and work with 1 or 2 Distribution Centers directly.

Tax

As a Tax intern, you will shadow and assist in the preparation of the monthly Sales & Use tax returns. You will research and validate Sales Tax Exemption Certificates, assist in the preparation of State Income Tax Returns, and assist in the preparation and filing of state income tax estimates.Treasury

As a Treasury intern, you will assist and shadow in the completion of the 13 Week Cash Flow Forecast, including assisting in the European Cash Flow forecast. You will process wire transfer payments via the online banking platforms and systems, and review and help renew loan documents with the bank or update/manage inter-company loan documents.

Internal Audit

As an Internal Audit intern, you will assist and shadow IA of Detroit DC and Jackson Mfg. plant. You will perform testing procedures and document results, and assist in the development of audit plans.
