**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Center Manager or Senior to lead our service centers and deliver a unique and personal experience to our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing employees to support a high level of engagement and growth opportunities. You will direct all aspects of center operations, including hiring and training staff, managing risk, driving consultative sales interactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating activities that align with the strategic direction of the credit union.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Supervisory Role**: Conduct staff meetings, delegate responsibilities, and ensure a smooth running center.
  • **Service and Sales**: Initiate and direct service and sales activities, set and communicate center service and sales goals, and lead in achieving same.
  • **Training and Development**: Participate in training and development programs, communicate and train promotional programs, and review and monitor training progress and development for all staff members.
  • **Operational Duties**: Conduct staff meetings on operational and regulatory matters, ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures, and perform center audits.
  • **Member and Staff Relationships**: Develop and maintain positive member and staff relationships, establish weekly productivity plans for the center, and provide consultative member service.

Requirements

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study.
  • **Experience**: 3+ years in financial services or retail delivery, including 2+ years of management experience.
  • **Skills**: Leadership skills, professional interpersonal relationship skills, knowledge of credit union policies and procedures, and ability to think analytically and communicate effectively.
