\Salary Range
\$55,600 - $69,500/yr (candidate position) or $64,500 - $80,633/yr (licensed position), plus additional stipends for in-person work.
\About the Role
\We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Provider to join our team as a BHBH Provider. In this role, you will provide direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
\Main Responsibilities
\- \
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for clients with diverse mental health needs.\
- Collaborate with other Centennial services providers to engage clients in care and ensure comprehensive support.\
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to industry standards.\
- Participate in meetings, supervision sessions, and emergency rotations as needed.\
- Perform other job duties assigned by management.\
- Coordinate client use of additional programs and outside community resources.\
- Work with psychiatrists or medical teams when clients require medication.\
- Provide services in various settings and adapt to changing circumstances.\
- Serve on an emergency rotation schedule to respond to emergent situations.\
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.\
- Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments.\

Requirements
\For this role, we seek a candidate who holds a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or another Human Services field. Additionally, candidates must be registered in the State of Colorado as a Candidate and possess an Active License in the State of Colorado as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (for licensed positions only).
