Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Making guests aware of all food and drink specials
  • Using suggestive selling skills to create a better experience for the guest and a higher check average
  • Knowing when someone is too intoxicated and when to stop serving a guest
  • Inputting orders into the Breadcrumb POS
  • Checking in with guests after each course to ensure everyone is happy
  • Clean at appropriate times
  • Taking payments, closing check using POS, and cash handling
  • Assisting in bussing, resetting tables, and keeping the dining room clean and presentable
  • Communication with other staff members, management, and kitchen
  • Completing running sidewalk, restock, and shift duties
