Position Overview: The Returns Clerk is tasked with the critical role of verifying, receiving, and processing items designated for Depot Repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and receive items intended for Depot Repair
  • Cross-check items against authorized returns in Oracle Depot Repair
  • Generate work orders for service centers and manage firearm transfers as required
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and internal teams to resolve receipt discrepancies
  • Uphold departmental standards and ensure effective communication
  • Foster cooperative relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Utilize computer systems and adhere to established procedures

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Oracle systems is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Capability to lift heavy items and thrive in a dynamic environment

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required
