Return Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Return Clerk to join our team at Tad PGS. As a key member of our Depot Repair team, you will be responsible for verifying, receiving, and processing items returned to our facility.

• Verify and process items received against authorized returns in Oracle Depot Repair.
• Issue work orders to various service centers, including Firearm, Air Guns, Silencers, Optics, and Ammo.
• Transfer firearms to the Used Guns Department as needed.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and other internal groups on receipt issues related to customer shipments.
• Perform duties as outlined by the 5S program.
• Maintain department quality and performance standards.

• Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn and utilize required computer databases, email, and internet resources.
• Ability to work cooperatively with associates and customers, integrating personal skills with those of others in accomplishing organizational goals.
