Job Overview

As an Escape Room Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by:

  • Welcoming Guests: Ensure a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all participants.
  • Providing Guidance: Offer clues and hints to assist guests during their adventure.
  • Room Preparation: Reset and organize the escape rooms after each session to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
  • Light Maintenance: Perform light cleaning duties to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer feedback.

Note: This is an on-call position, meaning you will work only when there are scheduled bookings.

We are particularly looking for individuals who are available on Wednesdays from 2 PM to 10 PM and Thursday through Sunday. Our current staff members have limited availability during the midweek, so your presence during these times is highly valued.
