Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offer and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers.
  • Assist customers during their visit, rotating responsibilities as needed.
  • Meet sales and revenue goals for the location.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as making bank deposits and picking up supplies.
Requirements
  • 6 months work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
  • Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
  • Ability to comply with local/State health code requirements for soda fountain and food service/sales.
  • Ability to work irregular schedules, including weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays.
What We Offer
  • Guaranteed $17 per hour for the first 3 months.
  • Average $17 per hour after that (base + sales bonuses).
