Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Waterway Carwash in Kirkwood. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers
  • Assist customers during their visit, including at the tunnel entrance, gas pumps, and in the store
  • Rotate responsibilities based on customer demand, working inside or outside
  • Meet local/State health code requirements for soda fountain and food service/sales
  • Comply with local/State minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol sales (where applicable)
Requirements:
  • 6 months work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
  • Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy
  • Ability to work irregular schedules, including weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays
What We Offer:
  • Guaranteed $17 per hour for the first 3 months
  • Average $17 per hour after that (base + sales bonuses)
