We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team, with the following schedule:

Part-Time Position:

  • 24+ hours per week
  • Days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

For employees working 24+ hours weekly, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

The starting wage ranges from $13.75/hour to $14.50/hour based on experience, with opportunities for raises within the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both resident apartments and communal areas. Duties include:

  • Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchenettes
  • Managing laundry for facility linens and resident items

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping (preferred, but training will be provided)
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Effective communication skills with the senior population
  • Ability to memorize tasks and procedures

Applicants must be at least 17 years old and proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently.
