As a Support Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing personalized care and support. About the Role:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Administer medications as required and directed by medical professionals
- Attend community events and outings with clients to promote socialization and engagement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in care and support services preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
