Store Design and Construction Director

At UNIQLO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Design and Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Store Development team, you will be responsible for managing the design and construction of our stores across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the design and construction process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with external project management firms and our real estate team to ensure that all projects meet UNIQLO's standards and requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Lead site walkthroughs and identify potential risks and issues, working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to resolve any problems that may arise.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting all local code requirements and UNIQLO's quality and maintenance requirements.
- Work closely with our Store Development Management Control team to ensure timely approval and payment of all invoices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail or architectural design industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations, as well as UNIQLO's quality and maintenance requirements.
- A competitive salary range of $115,000 - $125,000 annually.
