Senior Payments Product Manager

At Swivel, we're seeking a skilled Payment Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our payment solutions. This role is a key part of our team, responsible for ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of payment technologies, including debt repayment, card processing, and ACH.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead the development of product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable and performant payment platforms.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and epics to meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum six years of experience delivering core banking, ACH, loan payment features, debt repayment, ACH, and card processing.
  • Minimum six years of experience in at least one of the following areas: delivering technical features (SDKs, APIs) for FIs/Credit Unions or managing B2B SaaS-based products and services.
  • Mature product management skills, including expert requirements definition and product experience with scalable, performant, and highly available API-based platforms.
  • Effective communicator, able to get others excited about the product and manage multiple stakeholders across various functions.
  • Experienced at using data and metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Expert visual modeler of user journeys, sequence diagrams, and procedural flows.
  • Demonstrable good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
