  • Change dressings, provide venipuncture services, and manage the patient environment to promote a safe and healthy atmosphere.
  • Utilize electronic health records to document patient care, communicate with healthcare teams, and access clinical information.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • In accordance with agency policies, declare personal safety emergencies and take necessary actions to prevent harm or injury.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a psychiatric or medical-surgical unit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, with a focus on patient safety and confidentiality.
