With a growing customer base, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in the early stages of our US market expansion.

About the Field Service Engineer Role

We are looking for a seasoned Field Service Engineer to lead installations and maintenance for our robotic kitchen solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and education to customers, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deployments: Install Alpha Grill in customer sites, ensuring proper configuration and calibration for optimal performance.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training and guidance to customers on how to use Alpha Grill and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Maintenance: Monitor Alpha Grill performance KPIs, identify areas of improvement, and promptly address customer concerns or issues.
  • Demos & Testing: Lead customer-facing demos alongside the Sales team and configure recipes on Alpha Grill using customers' specifications.
  • Team Support: Support other Aniai teams with product expertise, specification requests, and other customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in robotics, kitchen equipment manufacturing, or restaurants (bonus).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel at least 50% to customer locations.
