Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Provide strategic leadership to the Product Services team, ensuring alignment with the health system's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement plans to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of direct reports, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
- Technology Solutions
- Oversee the development and implementation of cost-effective technology solutions to meet strategic, operational, and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to design, develop, test, and implement technology solutions.
- Ensure data is accurately maintained and available in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Project Management
- Act as project manager on large assignments, overseeing the life cycle of major initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and third-party administrators.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Experience
- 6-10 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years of leadership/management experience, required.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Beacon Certified Preferred.
- Experience in Cancer Research.
