  • Design, prepare, and implement effective instructional strategies in both theoretical and practical settings, adhering to the established curriculum framework.
  • Foster a productive classroom atmosphere by upholding district regulations related to classroom management, attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
  • Create and execute a curriculum that aligns with essential learning outcomes, employing best practices and diverse technologies for instructional delivery.
  • Formulate a comprehensive syllabus detailing essential learning outcomes, classroom standards, attendance and grading criteria, expectations for work habits, and a timeline for assignments, projects, quizzes, and tests.
  • Develop engaging, hands-on learning experiences that align with educational objectives.
  • Create assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods and student learning.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local industry stakeholders.
  • Engage in high school and Career and Technical Education (CTE) staff meetings, along with professional development opportunities offered by the district and state-mandated industry-related training.
  • Participate in student CTE organizations, workshops, and competitions such as SkillsUSA.
  • Contribute to the promotion and marketing of the program to achieve enrollment targets.
