Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team at WB Engineers+Consultants. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and assisting with the production of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of designs, specifications, and system layouts for various projects and project sizes.
  • Prepare deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Design mechanical systems, including heating and cooling loads, and select and layout mechanical equipment.
  • Perform construction administration and field investigation tasks, including conducting field inspections and detailed inspection reports.
  • Ensure that drawings and designs meet company production and design standards.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager/Senior Engineer to ensure workload and project scope are managed effectively.
  • Attend project meetings and site visits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of mechanical systems and applicable design and building codes.
