MRI Imaging Specialist

As an MRI Technologist at McBride Orthopedic Hospital, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist. This role requires maintaining licensing, continuing education, and adhering to State and Federal safety regulations. You will work within the approved budget for the MRI Department and perform tasks according to the hospital's mission, vision, and values. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging procedures as prescribed by Physicians under the direction of a Radiologist.
- Maintain licensing, continuing education, and adhere to State and Federal safety regulations.
- Work within the approved budget for the MRI Department.
- Perform tasks according to the hospital's mission, vision, and values.
Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification in Radiology Technology from a practical or vocational school.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers within 30 days of hire.
- Current MRI Certification with ARRT.
- One year MR experience preferred.
