Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes and coordinate treatment efforts.
- Compile data, track outcomes, and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Provide referrals and support for follow-up care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured.
- Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in all patient encounters.
- Assist medical providers with processing diagnostic results and bring significant values to their attention.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensing.
- Three years' registered nurse experience.
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
