Responsibilities:
What You Will Do

Conduct preventative maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems at mission-critical locations (similar to telecom or data centers).

Identify repair and/or replacement requirements.

Maintain precise service and maintenance records (both digital and written) and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Willingness to travel (some overnight stays may be necessary).

EPA Universal certification preferred.

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Perform general maintenance tasks as needed.

Ability to work independently and efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed correctly on the first attempt.

Exhibit excellent organizational skills.

Demonstrate strong oral and written communication abilities.

Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.

Collaborate with our team to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills are required, and the ability to utilize mobile devices throughout the workday.

Qualifications:
What You Will Need

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC.

High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).

HVAC Journeyman, E02, and EPA Universal certifications preferred.

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for commercial clients. Troubleshoot and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.


Travel to job sites within the service area and coordinate with dispatch to ensure schedules are adhered to and any delays are communicated to clients.

Maintain appropriate stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.


Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and photographs as needed.

Diagnose various service issues, procure replacement parts, and calibrate systems according to manufacturer specifications.

Perform general maintenance tasks as required.

Ability to work independently and efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed correctly on the first attempt.

Work Environment

The employee must regularly lift up to 51 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices), carry and climb ladders, work from heights, and navigate small crawl spaces, balance, and stoop.

The employee is expected to work in all weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat.

The employee may drive for extended periods, encompassing all weather and lighting conditions.


The pay range for this position is $35-$50/hr, which includes medical, vision, and dental benefits, a 401k retirement plan, and stock options available for eligible employees.

However, the base pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience (in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered).
