Customer Service Director

Our team members play a vital role in achieving this goal, and as a Customer Service Director, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for leading our Front End team, maintaining high standards of store appearance, and ensuring seamless sales and service operations.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager to maintain store standards, maximize sales, and ensure efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will include providing fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers, engaging them to create a positive shopping experience, and exceeding customer expectations through proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Smiling and providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
- Using computer-based systems to manage sales and service operations.
- Maintaining knowledge of office procedures, including cash reports, register checkups, deposits, Western Union, money orders, and Coinstar.
- Ensuring store office functions are completed accurately and on time using accounting packets.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have effective communication and customer service skills, the ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job, and the ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center. Additionally, you must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions and be able to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
