RN Navigator Oncology Specialist

The RN Navigator Oncology Specialist plays a critical role in facilitating patient engagement and self-care management in outpatient oncology clinics. This position involves assessing patient needs, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and promoting early lung cancer detection through education and advocacy.
This role requires collaboration to develop care plans that optimize resources and ensure patient-centered outcomes. The RN Navigator Oncology Specialist will work closely with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Responsibilities:- Assess and coordinate patient care to optimize resource allocation
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to promote early lung cancer detection
- Provide patient education and advocacy to support self-care management
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Three years RN nursing experience
