Our goal is to provide patient-specific treatments that enhance positive outcomes. We focus on professional development, providing our team with the support needed to achieve and maintain quality care for all our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful operations of your assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor.
- Effectively communicate with our management team, including other Directors and Regional managers.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes.
- Lead the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and families.
- Participate in program development and implementation for the patient population.
Job Type: Full-time
