This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a vibrant, performance-oriented inbound call center environment, dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.

  • The initial responsibilities will include managing patient calls, overseeing appointment cancellations, and responding to patient inquiries as a member of the intake team.
  • Once these tasks are mastered, there will be a chance to advance into a scheduling position. This role will involve coordinating patient appointments, conducting insurance verifications and authorizations, and maintaining patient records in the EMR system (preferably EPIC), all while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
WORK SCHEDULE:
(non-negotiable)

Monday to Friday

8am to 5pm

This position requires full-time onsite attendance, with no options for hybrid or remote work.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in inbound and/or outbound call center operations
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or medical administration
  • Expertise in appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC knowledge preferred)
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
