Facility Overview:
We are a community-based hospital with a level III trauma designation, collaborating closely with Sound's hospital medicine team to ensure seamless transitions in patient care.

Specialty Coverage:
Our facility offers 24/7 specialty coverage, including cardiology, general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics, neurology, psychiatry, oncology, and nephrology.

Flexible Scheduling:
Recognizing the significance of family and outdoor activities, we provide a flexible schedule that allows for personal time while ensuring comprehensive support among team members.

Engagement Opportunities:
Regular monthly meetings, both remote and in-person, facilitate engagement and provide a platform for valuable feedback.

Compensation:
Full-time employment consists of 120 hours per month, with an annual compensation exceeding $477,975, contingent on your schedule.

Travel Support:
For those residing outside the local area, travel expenses are covered.

Language Skills:
While proficiency in Spanish is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
