Emergency Medicine Team:We are a community-based hospital with a level III trauma designation, seeking board-certified or eligible emergency medicine physicians or family medicine physicians with emergency experience. Our collaboration with Sound's hospital medicine team ensures seamless transitions for patient care.
Specialty Coverage:Our facility provides 24/7 specialty coverage, including cardiology, general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics, neurology, psychiatry, oncology, and nephrology, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients.
Flexible Scheduling:Recognizing the significance of family and outdoor activities, we offer flexible scheduling options. Our team supports one another in covering shifts, fostering a collaborative environment.
Engagement and Feedback:Regular monthly meetings, both remote and in-person, facilitate engagement and provide a platform for feedback, ensuring that all voices are heard.
Compensation:Full-time employment consists of 120 hours per month, with competitive annual compensation starting at $477,975, based on individual schedules. Travel expenses are covered for those residing outside the community.
Language Skills:While the ability to speak Spanish is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
