Mission:

Quantum Research is in search of a Property Book Administrator to join our Cyber Security Operation Center. This role will be integral in supporting our Corporate IT Cyber programs that operate under our Corporate CIO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain property book records in compliance with Department of Defense regulations.
  • Conduct routine audits and physical inventories of assets and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and accountability of all property within the property management system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee proper documentation and reporting of property transactions.
  • Verify that all property is covered under support and maintenance contracts.
  • Engage with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
  • Develop and implement effective property management policies and procedures.
  • Advise staff on best practices in property management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company's mission and departmental needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of DoD regulations and policies concerning property management.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn the requirements associated with the Item Unique Identification (IUID) Marking Activity, Validation, and Verification Reports.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance when applicable.
