Key Responsibilities:- Monitor patients' EKG waveforms and rhythms in a centralized monitoring station, providing real-time analysis and interpretation to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to provide written and verbal documentation of cardiac rhythms, ensuring seamless communication and patient care.
- Detect abnormal pattern variances and notify the RN, ensuring prompt attention to critical patient needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; successful completion of arrhythmia course preferred.
- Previous Monitor Tech experience or experience reading cardiac rhythms highly desirable.
- EKG and arrhythmia interpretation skills essential.
This is a part-time position with benefits, working days with weekend and holiday rotation. The work schedule is from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
