Cullman Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide and document patient care based on the nursing process, in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Plan, delegate, and coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients.
- Utilize basic physical and psychosocial assessment skills to identify actual nursing diagnosis/clinical problems based on assessment of patient and unique age-specific needs.
- Support and protect the rights of each patient served, treat each patient with dignity and care, and maintain patient confidentiality/privacy.
- Demonstrate commitment to patient safety initiatives, including patient falls, medication safety, National Patient Safety Goals, critical value reporting, and administration of blood products.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- RN License in this state required.
- Med/Surg floors - no experience required, however experience is preferred.
