We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Clinician to join our team at the Family Medicine Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient wellness and chronic illness activities for the entire patient population
- Ensure safety, best practice, and high-quality standards of care are maintained across the continuum
- Act in a clinical leadership role, utilizing critical thinking and creative problem-solving to ensure positive outcomes in the delivery of clinical care
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Licensed by the State of New Mexico as an RN
- BLS Certification issued through the American Heart Association (required within 2 weeks of hire date)
- One year of experience working as a nurse in a clinical setting
This role requires working under stressful conditions and may involve irregular hours. Frequent exposure to bodily fluids, communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
