What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or insurance.
  • At least five years of experience in claims management, preferably in the workers' compensation industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
