Job Description

This role involves participating in the execution of internal audits as an individual contributor focused on financial, operational, and risk-based audits. You will have exposure to complex business processes and the full range of risks related to processes, regulatory compliance, organization, policy, and technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and planning internal audits to assess the risk and control environments, whether in group functions, operating companies, or major business change programs
  • Assessing and documenting key risks for audit areas
  • Creating audit programs and testing steps based on the risks identified
  • Preparing and communicating observations and recommendations based on audit results
  • Understanding and documenting the root cause of observations
  • Developing relationships with senior local finance and operational staff
  • Working on special investigations as needed
  • Monitoring remediation of audit findings
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in operational auditing, risk management, compliance, or financial analysis, showing progression in areas of responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (CPA equivalent, CISA)
  • Previous experience in an international environment
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office and exposure to data analytics tools
