Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Associate to join our team in Levittown, PA. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing financial guidance, and promoting TD's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including account opening, transaction processing, and financial advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on TD's products and services, promoting them to customers and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Notary license preferred.
