**Your Role**

As a Sun Spa Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading your team to achieve our goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Coaching Spa Consultants on our 5-step sales method to drive sales and revenue growth
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Assisting with managing staff schedules and providing coverage when needed
* Supporting payroll processing and ensuring compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and industry practices
* Maintaining cleanliness and equipment upkeep, including re-lamping
* Ensuring proper opening and closing of the store with adequate staffing
* Managing inventory, restocking, and supply orders as needed
* Contributing to marketing and advertising efforts to promote our brand and services

**Requirements**

* At least two years of proven sales/retail experience
* Availability for 20+ hours per week, including weekends
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Self-motivated and hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to succeed
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
