Job Title: Luxury Sun Spa Team Lead

Job Summary:

Soleil Tans Sun Spa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Best Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves feeling like Soleil was the best part of their day by delivering the highest level of service.
  • Drive Sales: Ensure your store meets and exceeds sales targets by selling memberships, preventing cancellations, upselling services, and recommending products.
  • Lead a Team: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff, while providing coverage when needed.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the store opens and closes on time with adequate staffing, process payroll bi-monthly, and enforce company policies and processes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction, direct staff to ensure safety compliance and adherence to customer service standards, legal regulations, and industry practices.
  • Financial Management: Meet financial goals through accurate scheduling and purchasing, manage inventory, and restock supplies when necessary.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Contribute to marketing and advertising efforts, uphold the Soleil Tans brand in all employee, guest, and public relations.
  • Leadership: Attend leadership huddles and mandatory company meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of proven sales/retail management experience.
  • Availability for 30-40 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Hands-on performer willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
