About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Panel Installer to join our team at Flynn Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing ACM wall panel systems and other metal cladding systems on commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install ACM wall panel systems and other metal cladding systems on commercial buildings
  • Install clips, cut/trim metal panels, level, mount panels, install flashings
  • Conduct work from heights and elevated platforms using boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding, etc.
  • Use hand/power tools and job site equipment regularly
  • Assist in loading and unloading material
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures
  • Participate in safety classes and certifications as required
  • Set up fall restraint equipment and wear PPE
  • Travel and work at various job sites as needed
Requirements
  • Experience installing ACM and/or metal wall panel systems
  • Familiarity with different metal cladding systems, trade tools & equipment
  • Reliable transportation/own motor vehicle
  • Comfortable with manual labor and working outdoors year-round
  • Able to work from heights and use fall prevention safety gear (provided upon hiring)
  • Willing to submit background check and drug test
