Roof Loader Position

As a Roof Loader, you will be responsible for stocking and preparing orders of building materials for distribution to our network of customers. This role requires a customer service-oriented focus and the ability to work comfortably under close supervision within a stable and secure team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately organize building materials using a variety of equipment.
- Follow daily operations schedule and adjust to customer needs as necessary.
- Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard work area.
- Make decisions within clear guidelines and with support from the team and management.
Requirements:
- Patient work style with a focus on consistency and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate a forklift and work in outside weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 80-pound bundles on steep slopes and walk bundles to be placed on different parts of a roof.
- Cooperative and agreeable listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful.
