Roof Loader Position

As a Roof Loader, you will be responsible for stocking and preparing orders of building materials for distribution to our network of customers. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and teamwork, as well as the ability to work comfortably under close supervision within a stable and secure team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately organize building materials using a variety of equipment
- Follow daily operations schedule, with an ability to adjust to customer needs
- Help to continually organize and clean both warehouse and yard work areas
- Decision making within clear guidelines and with support of the fellow team and management
Requirements:
- Patient work style interested in consistency dealing with repetitive routines
- Follow safety expectations set by company safety policies; Safety is a priority
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
- Able to operate a forklift
- Must be able to work in outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 80-pound bundles on steep slopes
- Must be able to walk bundles to be placed on different parts of a roof
- Must be okay with heights up to 4 stories high
- Cooperative and agreeable listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful
- Ability to work independently while supporting exceptional teamwork in a larger workgroup
- Flexibility to work overtime hours as needed
