Automotive Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist/Cafe Concierge at Sheehy Toyota of Laurel. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

• Answer dealership group phones and greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department and introduce them to the salesperson
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Maintain Cafe duties, including preparing beverages and snacks for customers
• Maintain and clean the store, inventory, and stocking
• Adhere to food safety procedures and handle cash and record customers' orders information accurately

• Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• High School Diploma or higher
• Previous Receptionist or Customer Service experience
• A professional appearance and a clean driving record with a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment testing, including background checks
