Automotive Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist/Cafe Concierge. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Answering dealership group phones and greeting and receiving prospects and customers
• Directing customers to the correct department and notifying the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Maintaining cafe duties, including preparing beverages and snacks for store customers
• Maintaining and cleaning the store, inventory, and stocking
• Handling cash and recording customers' orders information accurately

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or higher
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience
• A professional appearance and a clean driving record with a valid driver's license
• Authorization to work in the USA and the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks
