Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy and at least one year of experience in providing ongoing treatment planning for patients with various physical therapy needs. The role requires licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This position involves working 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of improvement and set realistic goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and empowerment.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist with:

A Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
