Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Gainesville, GA.

Job Description

As a Surgical Technician with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting surgeons and other medical staff during procedures
  • Preparing and maintaining surgical equipment and supplies
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the medical team
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • One to three years experience as a Surgical Technician
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
