Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated OR Surgical Technician Certified to join our team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the operating room
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Certified Surgical Technician (CST), or Technician in Surgery (NCCT), or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
