Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Brink Constructors, Inc. is a leading electrical contractor with a rich history of delivering high-quality projects in the power delivery industry. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will provide critical support to the Project Manager in the development and execution of projects. This role will involve assisting with project planning, coordination, and control, as well as providing administrative support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, tracking progress, and maintaining project records.
  • Assist with procurement and subcontracting activities, including developing scopes of work and schedules.
  • Support the Project Manager in the development and implementation of project-specific safety plans.
  • Assist with project close-out and warranty administration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Experience on DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
  • Proficient in handling multiple projects and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Proficient knowledge of project management systems, preferably Primavera 6.
  • Familiar with technology and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and other software).
  • Management and supervision skills.
