About the Position

Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico. Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLP, you will provide essential speech and language services to individuals of all ages, working with diverse populations to address their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques to inform your approach.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and needs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Therapy Implementation: Implement therapy techniques to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders, maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
