Job Overview
As a Residential Service Associate with Disability Solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of apartment communities. This part-time opportunity offers flexible evening hours, allowing you to supplement your income or earn extra money alongside another job.

Estimated Salary: $20/hour (10-15+ hours/week)

Schedule and Availability:
You will typically work 5 nights a week, Sunday through Thursday, with shifts ranging from 2-4 hours long. Starting times may vary between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm, with some positions offering earlier start/end times and Sundays potentially requiring additional hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect trash bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community.
  • Take required photos using our mobile app during service, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance.
  • Work close to home, serving multiple apartment communities with a goal of assigning you to a property within a 10-15 minute drive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Able to adapt to working indoors and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to walk the distance of property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
  • Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
